Maintenance

Due to 2 sudden reboots of game server node LON-H03, someone will physically check the cooling of this machine. During this time the server will be unavailable.

At 13:00 UTC Gcore will perform an update to improve stability in the Amsterdam and Frankfurt locations.

During the maintenance window there will be traffic interruption.

Due to some configuration issues in Singapore with the new update we will need to apply a 2nd update soon.
This will kick the players a 2nd time. I let you know once ready.

After the issues of yesterday we are going to re-add the repaired machine and update all loadbalancers in the mitigation cluster.

This update will not directly influence our traffic. Initially, we are upgrading one of the loadbalancers and redirecting the traffic there. This enables us to proceed with the remaining updates without interruptions. Once we finish, we will distribute your traffic among all nodes in the cluster.

No downtime is expected however customers need to take into account...

Working on a major upgrade of our infrastructure.

We are working on an upgrade to the EOS on the core router.

We expect connectivity outages on all servers for up to a maximum of ** 40 minutes** during the maintenance window.

We are going to perform some network maintenance in Tokyo to resolve some stability issues and improve ddos protection. During this time there can be several network drops.

Gcore be conducting essential updates at our Amsterdam and Frankfurt locations to enhance reliability during high PPS (Packets Per Second) attacks.

Impact: During this brief maintenance window, connectivity at both locations will experience interruptions.

The maintenance is now complete, and the faulty hardware has been replaced. Traffic has been redirected back to Amsterdam, and we will continue monitoring to ensure everything is functioning smoothly.

Due to the connectivity issues encountered today in New York, we will be performing network maintenance tomorrow to prevent similar issues in the future.

This maintenance is scheduled during late-night hours to minimize disruption, but please note that connectivity will be interrupted during this period.
