We are going to perform an upgrade to our router in the Singapore location. During the maintenance windows you might experience network drops.

To enhance the stability and performance of our network in the Dallas region, we will be transitioning our infrastructure to Gcore and CDN77. This upgrade will involve migrating our network prefixes to the new platform.

As part of this transition, all VPS and vDedicated servers will need to be restarted to apply the necessary configuration changes. Please be aware that this will result in some downtime during the scheduled maintenance window.

We are currently experiencing issues with one of our routers in Chicago. To resolve this, we will temporarily remove the router from our network for maintenance. This may cause a brief disruption in connectivity. We appreciate your patience and are working to minimize any impact. Thank you for your understanding.

Gcore will be processing loadbalancer updates in Sydney. During this period you can experience player drops in this location.

In Amsterdam and Frankfurt updates will be executed on the mitigation devices.
During this time you can lose connection for a short moment as traffic will rebalance.

On December 18, we will be migrating several of our remaining servers from the old network to our new infrastructure in New York. This move has become necessary due to ongoing stability issues with our former network and its DDoS protection provider.

For affected servers this will require an IP change. You will receive an email from us with your new IP once the migration has been completed.
