Maintenance

On December 18, we will be migrating several of our remaining servers from the old network to our new infrastructure in New York. This move has become necessary due to ongoing stability issues with our former network and its DDoS protection provider.

For affected servers this will require an IP change. You will receive an email from us with your new IP once the migration has been completed.

Working on a major upgrade of our network infrastructure.
We expect connectivity outages on all servers for up to a maximum of ​5 minutes​ during the maintenance window.

In Amsterdam we are going to upgrade CPU for node NL-H13. NL-H14, NL-H15 and NL-H16. During the maintenance window our staff will perform a BIOS update and swap the CPU to the new AMD Ryzen 9950X, for even more performance!

In Amsterdam we are going to upgrade CPU for node NL-H11 and NL-H12. During the maintenance window our staff will perform a BIOS update and swap the CPU to the new AMD Ryzen 9950X, for even more performance!

We will perform an update of our database cluster in Europe, North America and Singapore to ensure script compatibility.

During update time window your game server database will be unavailable for some time.

We are enabling anycast in Amsterdam, London, expanding our network to additional POPs in Miami, Ashburn, Silicon Valley, Frankfurt, and Singapore. This upgrade will enhance our total mitigation capacity in Amsterdam and ensure A2S caching functions properly across all newly added locations.

While we aim to minimize disruptions, there may be brief network interruptions during the maintenance window as traffic rebalances while integrating the new POPs into our anycast network.
