Earlier today, one of our load balancers in Amsterdam experienced a kernel issue. To permanently resolve the problem, we will be replacing the network interface card (NIC) on the affected machine.
During the maintenance window, there may be a brief traffic interruption—lasting approximately 1 to 2 minutes—while traffic is rerouted to a standby load balancer. We will work to minimize any disruption and ensure a smooth failover.
