The issue has been found at one of the upstream we use and resolved.

We are currently experiencing a network outage in São Paulo, Brazil. Our technical team is actively working to restore services as quickly as possible.

Router has been replaced and the network is stable again.

Construction in the area has caused various fiber cuts that affected our upstreams. Backup lines are active now and traffic is re-routed. Problem has been resolved.
